On June 10,2020, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province, together with the Department of Finance of Shandong Province, organized experts to carry out the acceptance and acceptance of the project of Shandong Jinyingli New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.," Digital Workshop for Intelligent Manufacturing of Cellulose Fiber with Ten Thousand Ton New Solvent Method ". After questioning and discussion, the expert group unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance.

 

Shandong Jinyingli led the joint Hengtian Heavy Industry, Shan Textile Institute, Shanda Tianwei, Huazhang automation to undertake the "ten thousand tons of new solvent method cellulose fiber intelligent manufacturing digital workshop" project is 2017 Ministry of Industry and Information Technology intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization and new model application project, through the implementation of the project, built a leading domestic production of 15000 tons of new solvent method cellulose fiber intelligent manufacturing digital workshop, to achieve digital engineering design, production equipment automation, intelligent production process, enterprise management information. The project increased production efficiency by 27.2 per cent, reduced product failure rate by 41.7 per cent and increased energy efficiency by 20.3 per cent  %, reduce operating cost by 21.9%.

 

 The Group of Experts on Acceptance and Acceptance has listened to the project acceptance report, the report on the final accounts of funds and the audit report on the final accounts of finance, examined the relevant information and examined the project site. The Group of Experts has reached an agreement: the project acceptance data are complete and meet the requirements for acceptance; the project construction task of "Digital Workshop for Intelligent Manufacturing of Cellulose Fiber with New Solvent Method of Ten thousand Tonnes" has been completed in accordance with the approved task book; the project implementation has met the requirements of the project assessment index; the project has completed the work content stipulated in the taskbook, the targets meet the requirements, and unanimously agreed to pass the project acceptance.
